The Archbishop of Onitsha His Grace Most Rev Dr. Valerian Maduka Okeke penultimate Thursday extolled Rev Fr. Emmanuel Obimma for investing heavily in education for training of the children and young people.
Archbishop Okeke poured the encomiums during the official blessing and commissioning of Holy Ghost British Academy Obosi built by Fr EbubeMuonso.
The prelate remarked that the school has already started displaying culture of excellence by providing education that is of highest and finest quality.
He enjoined the school management not to relent in impacting quality and holistic education and sound morals the Academy is esterblished for.
He urged other school to embrace the culture of excellence and shun the culture of packaging.
The founder/ proprietor of the school Fr. EbubeMuonso who is also the spiritual director Holy Ghost adoration ministry , Uke, in his speech while addressing the press stated the future of the young ones motivated him to invest in education. He disclosed that some of teachers are from overseas just to ensure the students receive the best education. The school he said will raise great men and women who who will change the face of our country. “I have the mind and intention of building sound personalities with high moral repute and strong academic standard”.
Senator Victor Umeh who also spoke to the press praisd the efforts of the proprietor for combinning spiritual apostolate with school apostolate, positing that any child groomed in that school will surely excel Iife.
One of the engineers who erected the class blocks Chief Ephraim Umeh in his contribution, expressed happiness over the completed project. Also Mr Elochukwu Nwosu described the school as a good venture for training our children.
Dignitaries in attendance include Senators Ifeanyi Uba, Uche Ekwunife, Andy Uba, Prof. Kate Omenugha, High Chief Obiora Okonkwo, Engr. John Bosco Onunkwo, Chief Valentine Ozigbo among others.
