Federal house of Assembly candidate on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Hon. Edward Obiefuna Ibuzo ( Liver to Deliver) on Sunday pledged to join force in tackling marginalization which South East zone is facing for donkey years in Nigeria if given the mandate to represent Onitsha North and South federal Constituency. The legislator who is currently representing Onitsha North 11 constituency in Anambra State house of Assembly made the pledge during a thanks giving Mass at St Jude parish Fegge, Onitsha to celebrate his unopposed ticket to contest for green house seat come 2023. According to him, it is no longer about provision of transformers and other amenities, stating that we have to go beyond that, and think large. “We are talking about equality, equity and justice. I encourage other people that are contesting in other constituencies to have that in mind.” ” We the new breed going to Abuja is going there to speak for the people of Anambra and entire South East because we have being marginalized for so long and we say no more to it. We are all witnesses to the bad effects of marginalization, looking at the killings everywhere. Let us correct it from Abuja”, he promised.

I bought the ticket to contest for Federal House and no other person purchased the form on the platform of APGA the ruling party in Anambra, which means that the people I am representing are sure and have the confidence that I am going to represent them well in Abuja and I am going to do that excellently well. As it stands today in Nigeria, we need thorough and proper representation and that is exactly what I am going there to do”, he explained.The Chancellor of Onitsha Archdiocese Very Rev Fr Prudentus Aroh who presided over the thanksgiving Mass rained accolades on Hon Ibuzo for his outstanding achievements as a legislator within the past seven year, urging him not relent. Also the Priest priest Fr Justin Oguama in his speech commended the lawmaker over his transformative representation, describing him as generous man who remain committed to his faith notwithstanding his exploits.
