Chairman of Anambra State chapter of the Intra Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Chief Uche UgwojiChairman of Anambra State chapter of the Intra Party Advisory Council The Chairman of Anambra State chapter of the Intra Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Chief Uche Ugwoji has called on the people of the State to exercise patience with the new Governor, Professor Charles Soludo as he settles down to unfolds his plans for the development and progress of the State.Chief Ugwuoji who made the call while speaking on the expectations of IPAC on the new administration in Anambra, said there is need for the people to be patient with Governor Soludo as, according to him, “the manifesto of the new governor is people oriented and what is needed is to give him time to implement it”The IPAC boss noted that Soludo from all indications doesn’t just understand the challenges facing Anambra State but also knows what he should do to give the challenges effective response insisting that new administration in Anambra deserves cooperation and patience from the peopleOn the ban placed on motor park and road side revenue touts by Governor Soludo, Ugwuoji who is also the State Chairman of Zenith Labor Party (ZLP) in Anambra State said the people are in total support of the ban because it will sanitize the revenue system and safeguard the revenue of the State against looters.While reiterating the position of IPAC to cooperate with Soludo to give him advice where and when necessary, he hailed the governor’s plan to conduct Local Government election in Anambra for the first time since 2014.He added that elected Local Government administration will deepen democracy and enhance rural development and urbanization.
